Our
School is established to: Ĝ Develop the cultural
identity, self-esteem and confidence of children from the Turkish
community and others. Ĝ Promote the achievement of
children in their mainstream schools, by offering specific, targeted
lessons in Turkish, Maths and General Studies as a supplement to their
mainstream schoolwork. Ĝ Encourage the involvement
of parents in the education of their children. Ĝ Foster means of
co-operating with state maintained schools and other education providers. Ĝ Provide additional cultural, social, health and artistic opportunities to children and families within the Turkish community and others. |
